NEW RULES BEGINNING NEXT TEAM TOURNAMENT

There has to be a minimum of 3 teams in a league to play the league.

There has to be 4 in the league for the 2nd place prize to be paid.

There has to be 6 in the league for the 3rd place prize to be paid.

There is a question about why there is no premier league this tournament, and this rule that came into play in Nov 10, 2009 applies to this tournament.
